- Independent winemakers, all the work done at this this family run operation is executed by the couple, from the reasoned treatment of the vines to the manual harvest and the pressing in a wooden wine press, as well as fermentation in open "cuves" according to the traditional method of the best Burgundies. The wines are aged for two years in oak barrels. A warm welcome is to be had in our tasting cellar. Guided visits of the vineyards by the proprietor (an official guide) are possible for groups by appointment.
