  • The Clément family estate was created in the 1900s. At the beginning, the farm was only one hectare. Today the estate covers 8 hectares, mainly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, as well as a small part of Gamay. Part of the production is used to make Crémant des Caves de Bailly-Lapierre. The rest of the production is made in the traditional way in the cellar.
