  • The Bailly-Lapierre cellars, renowned for their Crémant de Bourgognes, occupy four hectares of a former quarry in the heart of the Auxerrois winegrowing area. Guided tours are available year-round for individuals or groups, by appointment, in French, English, German and Dutch.
    Guided tours of the vineyard are available for individuals or groups from April to the end of September (by appointment, in French, English and German).
