Walks

Auxerre and its countless surrounding villages, each one more picturesque than the last, are ideal for walks. You can also cycle or horseride.

Depending on the itinerary you choose, you'll set off to explore vineyards, taking on different colours depending on the season, the very many cherry orchards in Jussy or Saint-Bris, which, when in flower, provide a striking contrast with the yellow colza fields, or simply charming villages bordering the Nivernais canal where you can't help but admire the wonderful countryside and nature!

So why wait? Come and recharge those batteries in Auxerre and its region! There are itineraries to suit all abilities and whims! Take your time and savour the charms of our region just for a weekend! Owners of B&Bs or gîtes are waiting to welcome you in their villages, or if you prefer, you can stay right in the heart of the town in the Maison des Randonnées, furnished entirely to suit your needs.

To help you choose your itinerary!
