Gourmet Thursdays
Taste, discover and enjoy! In the summer, from 1 July to 31 August, wine-makers and producers are waiting to tickle your tastebuds every Thursday in the beautiful cellars of the Maison du Tourisme or on the boat l'Hirondelle.
A mouthwatering programme is organised every year to introduce you to our regional produce.
Of course, the Burgundy wines with such a well-established reputation make an appearance every Thursday: Chablis, Auxerre wines (Irancy, Saint-Bris, Bourgogne Coulanges or Côtes d'Auxerre), Epineuil or Vézelay wines, wine-makers will share their passion and their wines with you!
Producers of regional produce join with the wine-makers to share their expertise and offer you the chance to taste their products at leisure. An excellent way of getting right to the heart of a region!
