Explore Auxerre and Auxerrois in an electric boat: originality and relaxation guaranteed!
For the delights of young and old, the Tourist Office of Auxerre and Auxerrois places 4 electric boats at your disposal, for 4 to 5 people. Enjoyable, quiet and very easy to use (without a permit), they'll give you the chance to explore Auxerre and its surroundings in a pleasant and original way along the Nivernais Canal.
For a half or whole day, you can admire our region's flora and fauna and enjoy the peace and quiet of an outing on the water with your family or friends. You'll be able to pass through locks and sail as far as Champs sur Yonne.
You can hire the boats every day (including public holidays) from April to September. Here are the rates, per boat:
- ½ hour : € 13
- 1 hour : € 20
- 1 hour 30 : € 25
- 2 hours : € 32
- ½ day (3 hours) : € 48
- 1 day (7 hours) :€ 85
A €150 deposit and proof of identity will be required when you come to hire. Booking is compulsory at the Tourist Office of Auxerrois on +33 (0)3.86.52.06.19
